How to File a Claim:

Contact our customer service team immediately to report the issue. Claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost items).

Gather Documentation

Prepare all necessary documentation including proof of value, proof of damage (photos), original packaging, and your shipping receipt.

Complete Claim Form

Fill out our online claim form below with all required information. Incomplete forms may delay processing.

Review Process

Our claims team will review your submission within 5-7 business days. We may contact you for additional information.

Resolution

Once approved, claims are typically settled within 14 business days via your preferred payment method.

Claims Policy Information

Our liability is limited to the actual value of the goods or the declared value (whichever is lower), up to a maximum of £1,000 per shipment unless additional insurance was purchased.

Claims will not be processed for:

  • Consequential damages or lost profits
  • Items improperly packaged by the shipper
  • Perishable items without proper documentation
  • Items prohibited by our terms of service
