These Terms and Conditions govern your use of 365 Experts Courier Service and any related services provided by 365 Experts Ltd. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

In these Terms:

  • "Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" refers to 365 Experts Ltd.
  • "Customer", "You" or "Your" refers to the person or entity using our services.
  • "Services" refers to all courier and logistics services provided by us.
  • "Shipment" refers to any item or package tendered to us for transportation.

2. Services

2.1 General

We provide domestic and international courier services including but not limited to package delivery, freight forwarding, and logistics solutions.

2.2 Service Limitations

We reserve the right to refuse service for any shipment that:

  • Contains prohibited or dangerous goods
  • Is improperly packaged
  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Presents a risk to our personnel or operations

3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1 Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information including recipient details and package contents.

3.2 Packaging

All shipments must be properly packaged to withstand normal transit conditions. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging.

3.3 Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

  • Hazardous materials
  • Illegal substances
  • Perishable goods without prior arrangement
  • Cash, negotiable instruments, or precious metals
  • Firearms and ammunition

4. Payment Terms

All charges must be paid in full before shipment unless credit terms have been established. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Fuel surcharges and other fees may apply.

5. Liability & Claims

5.1 General Liability

Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the lesser of:

  • The actual value of the goods
  • The declared value
  • £100 per shipment (unless additional insurance is purchased)

5.2 Claims Process

Claims must be filed within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery date for lost items). Documentation including proof of value and damage must be provided.

5.3 Exclusions

We are not liable for:

  • Consequential or incidental damages
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
  • Improperly packaged items
  • Prohibited items

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates but are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic delays
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

7. Privacy

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such collection and use.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
