Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 business day delivery
  • Economy Delivery: Cost-effective shipping with longer transit times
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in select metropolitan areas

International Shipping

  • International Express: Expedited international shipping
  • International Standard: Standard international shipping
  • Freight Services: Air and sea freight for larger shipments

Additional Services

  • Package Tracking: Real-time tracking of shipments
  • Insurance: Optional insurance for valuable shipments
  • Signature Required: Delivery requiring recipient signature
  • Special Handling: Services for fragile, perishable, or high-value items

Service Limitations

Our Services are subject to availability and may vary by location. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice.

Corporate Accounts

If you register an account on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms. The business will be responsible for all activities under the account.

When you use our shipping services, you agree to the following terms:

Packaging Requirements

You are responsible for proper packaging of your shipments. Packages must be:

  • Adequately packaged to withstand normal handling during transit
  • Clearly labeled with the complete and correct address
  • Within our size and weight limits for the selected service
  • Free from prohibited items (see Section 6)

Delivery Attempts

We will make up to three delivery attempts on consecutive business days. If delivery cannot be completed after three attempts:

  • The shipment may be returned to the sender
  • Storage fees may apply if the shipment is held at our facility
  • Additional delivery fees may apply for reattempted deliveries

Address Corrections

If a shipment address is incorrect or incomplete, we may:

  • Attempt to correct the address using available information
  • Contact the sender or recipient for clarification
  • Charge additional fees for address correction services
  • Return the shipment to the sender if delivery is not possible

6. Prohibited Items

The following items may not be shipped using our Services:

Absolutely Prohibited Items

  • Illegal drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances
  • Firearms, ammunition, and weapons
  • Explosives, fireworks, and flammable materials
  • Hazardous materials as defined by transportation regulations
  • Perishable items requiring refrigeration (unless special arrangements made)
  • Live animals (except as permitted by special service)
  • Human remains or bodily fluids
  • Counterfeit or pirated goods

Restricted Items (Special Handling Required)

  • High-value items (jewelry, precious metals, cash)
  • Perishable goods (with proper packaging and notification)
  • Fragile items (extra packaging and handling fees apply)
  • Liquids (properly sealed and packaged)

Consequences of Shipping Prohibited Items

If you ship prohibited items, we may:

  • Refuse to accept or deliver the shipment
  • Turn the shipment over to authorities
  • Charge additional handling fees
  • Terminate your account
  • Take legal action if prohibited items cause damage or injury

7. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all charges associated with your use of our Services:

Pricing and Fees

Our prices are based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Destination
  • Selected service level
  • Any additional services requested
  • Applicable taxes and customs duties

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal)
  • Bank transfers (for corporate accounts)
  • Cash (at our service locations only)

Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been billed incorrectly, you must notify us within 30 days of the billing date. We will investigate and, if appropriate, issue a credit to your account.

8. Liability & Insurance

Our liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited as follows:

Standard Liability

For shipments without declared value or additional insurance:

  • Maximum liability is £50 per shipment or £5 per kg, whichever is lower
  • Liability is limited to direct physical loss or damage
  • We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages
  • Certain items are excluded from liability (see prohibited items)

Declared Value & Insurance

You may increase our liability by:

  • Declaring the value of your shipment at the time of shipping
  • Paying the applicable insurance fee
  • Providing proof of value if a claim is filed

Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss or damage caused by improper packaging
  • Delay in delivery (unless guaranteed service selected)
  • Loss or damage to prohibited items
  • Acts of God, war, civil unrest, or government actions
  • Incorrect address information provided by the shipper

9. Claims Process

If your shipment is lost or damaged, you must follow our claims process:

Filing a Claim

To file a claim for lost or damaged shipments:

  1. Notify us within 30 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost shipments)
  2. Complete the claims form on our website or at our service centers
  3. Provide supporting documentation (proof of value, photos of damage, etc.)
  4. Cooperate with our investigation

Claim Resolution

We will:

  • Acknowledge receipt of your claim within 5 business days
  • Investigate the claim within 30 business days
  • Notify you of our decision in writing
  • If approved, process payment within 15 business days

Appeals Process

If you disagree with our claim decision, you may appeal in writing within 30 days of our decision. We will review the appeal and provide a final decision within 30 business days.

10. Intellectual Property

All content included in or made available through our Services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of 365 Experts Courier or its content suppliers and protected by copyright laws.

Our Intellectual Property

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Services or content
  • Use our trademarks, logos, or brand elements without permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

Your Content

By submitting content to us (such as reviews, feedback, or suggestions), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with our Services.

11. Termination

Termination by You

You may stop using our Services at any time. If you have an account, you may close it by contacting customer service.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services if:

  • You violate these Terms or any applicable laws
  • You create risk or possible legal exposure for us
  • Your account has been inactive for an extended period
  • We discontinue the Services (in whole or in part)

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use our Services immediately ceases
  • You remain liable for any charges incurred prior to termination
  • We may delete your account information in accordance with our Privacy Policy

12. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing a claim against us, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer service department. We will try to resolve the dispute within 60 days.

Arbitration Agreement

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you and 365 Experts Courier agree to resolve any claims relating to these Terms or our Services through final and binding arbitration, except as set forth below.

Exceptions to Arbitration

The following claims are not subject to arbitration:

  • Claims for injunctive relief
  • Small claims court claims
  • Claims that may be brought in any court with jurisdiction

Class Action Waiver

You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

13. Governing Law

Applicable Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be brought exclusively in the courts located in London, England, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

International Users

If you are accessing our Services from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Our Services may not be appropriate or available for use in some jurisdictions.

14. Changes to Terms

Right to Modify Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email, through our Services, or by posting a notice on our website.

Acceptance of Changes

By continuing to use our Services after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using our Services.
