If no one is available to receive the package, our courier will attempt delivery two more times on consecutive business days. After three attempts, the package will be held at our nearest facility for 5 business days before being returned to the sender. You can also authorize a safe drop location or reschedule delivery through your tracking page.
Address changes are possible for an additional fee, depending on how far along in the delivery process your package is. Please contact our customer service team immediately if you need to change the delivery address. Changes cannot be made once the package is out for final delivery.
